Returns & Exchanges
Certo will gladly exchange or offer a full refund on online orders within 14 days from purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned goods, unless there has been an error. We will only allow returns and exchanges once per item. Items after first return or exchange, along with sale items, are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credit.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Make sure that items have not been worn or used, with all original tags still attached.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number, items to be returned or exchanged, and the reason why.
- You will then receive an email from a Certo Customer Care representative who will give you an RMA number along with the return address. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization.
- Once you receive your RMA number, you will have 10 days to pack and ship your return. If we do not receive your return within 10 days, your return will be cancelled. You may only request another RMA number if your return or exchange is still within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is processed, your refund will be credited to the original card of payment or PayPal account used within 2-3 business days. Additionally, if you requested an exchange, your replacement item will be shipped out within the next few days of receiving your returned item.
